POOLE BID Annual Meeting
7th September 2017
The Annual Meeting of Poole BID Ltd will be held on Thursday September 7th at The Lighthouse Poole.
Start Time is 18.00 with Doors open at 17.30 for registration
This is open to all Levy Payers. The Board will present a report on the activities of the BID in Year 1 and a summary of the accounts for the year. In addition, there will be a presentation of the BID’s plans for Year 2 in accordance with the business plan.
The opportunity to discuss the BID and its plans for 2017/18 will be part of the meeting.
Poole BID Levy payers who would like to attend should contact the Poole BID office to confirm attendance either by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or Tel No 01202 308800 providing their name and business. Levy payers are asked that if they have any particular questions to forward those by email address above by 12.00 noon on Wednesday 6th so that these can be answered at the meeting under AOB.
Poole BID Levy payers only are permitted to attend along with members of the press. All must register their attendance in advance of the meeting by 12pm Monday 4th September 2017.
