Employer cash incentives to double to £3,000 for adult apprentices

The Incentive Grants for employers taking on new Apprentices is to be increased and extended.

This means that employers taking on new staff, of any age, and starting them on an Apprenticeship would be entitled to the £3,000 Incentive Grant.

If the new employee was aged 16-18, there would be an additional £1,000 available.

This could be available until the end of September.
