Small businesses are central to the continued health and vibrancy of our local economy and Small Business Saturday is an opportunity to celebrate and support small shops and independent businesses across the borough by encouraging people to shop locally.

Councillor Janet Walton, Leader of the Council, Borough of Poole, said: “We are keen to support our small business sector on this important day in the shopping calendar. It is a great opportunity for small organisations and local retailers to showcase their business as well as provide shoppers with fun activities and great deals in the lead up to Christmas.”
